Okay, so, I don't know why this is in the pet department.
Anyway, I have a difficult time swallowing pills, especially ones as large as fish oil pills. With this omegamint brand I am able to get down all six pills I need each day by chewing the softgel and bursting it with my molars. I do this with chocolate milk or protein shake in my mouth (the omegamint is subtly fishy)... i swallow the milk/oil then spit out the empty gel capsules. Although I take 6 of these a day it is no indication that the dose is weak. It was suggested to me to take 1000mg of EPA a day, each of these capsule has 150mg of EPA and a slightly lower dose of DHA.
No "fish burps".... but i had a couple of minty burps in the beginning.
I like this product. It is a godsend for anyone like me who has difficulty with pills and has to get around the fish oil pill size. Also, compare doses of omega 3 in this product to those in other chewable omega 3 i.e. gummies. Much higher in these.
This is my third time purchasing these vitamins, my second time from Amazon. I really like the product overall, but I had some trouble with AmericanRX. I received a different looking bottle containing 100 soft gels instead of the promised 150. I called customer service and they promptly awarded me a partial refund for about 1/3 of the original selling price. This does not help me with the shipping however, and I'm still pretty annoyed.
